Join us for Thirsty Thursday at the store! We’re always showcasing exciting new products and store favorites with a revolving cast of highly knowledgeable purveyors and presenters! This week we’re pouring our only barrel pick bourbon of the year! With bourbon science on their side, Paul Sutton Distillery worked backwards to piece together a seven generation's-old family mash recipe, picking out the ingredients and techniques that gave Paul Sutton bourbon its unmistakable taste. Turns out that Alabama corn, a sweet mash and a grain-to-glass approach were what set it apart. Our barrel is six years old and bottled at a whopping 57.85% alcohol but you wouldn't know it! Passed down to be passed around! Dog friendly and lots of fun, our always free wine and spirits tastings start at 5:30 and go until 8:00 every Thursday. See you then!
